Event Description
The American Cancer Society awards grants and fellowships to promising scientists and clinicians early in their careers who have innovative hypotheses for all aspects of cancer research. ACS also has sizable grant opportunities open to investigators at any faculty rank.
Workshop objectives:
- Provide overview of American Cancer Society funded grants and research
- Provide “Insider Tips” for a successful application process
- Understand how grants will be evaluated
- Understand success rates in future funding
- Understand on-line resources
